Here a screenshot of my TP T450s with thunar preferences. Installed with Buster and upgraded to Bullseye and the Bookworm.
No problem here

Now I got another (old) notebook on my table and see this here (fresh installation)
Not usable, you can not confirm those settings and you can not resize the windows.

Tried Mint and MX, no issue there, tried earlier Debian 12 live versions, all the same. But with Debian 11 live - no problem.
As I am not willing to run a non Debian distro on that machine, I found a remedy in changing the scaling in Xfce settings > display to 1.1, but that does not explain, what I am experiencing here? I think, that is not OK. Should I write a bug report? But I do have no hope, the developers will have a look at it .... (Old notebook, Xfce GUI issue

)
And both machines do have the same graphic data. Was planning a new installation on the T450s, when trixie gets stable, but after seeing that, I'll upgrade and have a look first.
